On June 16, Baijin Machinery organized a team cohesion training in order to enhance staff’s cohesion and professional ethics, and also strengthened staff’s responsibility and cooperation competence. This time’s instructor was Fu Yuanquan, an instructor of training alliance, ever trained for senior manager of Zhengtai Group. He is also an executive secretary of training alliance and a member of MBA alumni club of Tongji University, and a part-time instructor of many training institutions. General Manager of Baijin Machinery Zheng Yueguang and all the staff of management level, more than 100 staff attended the training.
The lecture emphasized how to play staff’s subjective initiative, made the responsibility clear when met problems, and keep the passion on work, and tasted the happiness of work indeed.
The instructor taught how to construct motivation and internalized the motivation into active psychology and externalized the motivation into high-spirited vitality.
